What is Luxury?

Have you ever had a client’s jaw drop as they exclaim, “I never thought I could own such a beautiful home”? That’s a result of how their new property appealed to their sense of luxury and their perception of the good life.

To us, luxury is the state of great comfort. Whether it’s a cup of coffee on a comfy couch by the fireside or the thought of a resting under fluffy soft blankets, it’s the buyer’s idea of luxury that should determine the direction of the staging.

As such, luxury design isn’t ever a one-size-fits-all concept. Even the simplest lifestyle can include elements of luxury. Luxury just needs to appeal to the senses and present a feeling of true happiness, no matter the budget.

The way we see it, any property - whether it’s a small modern condo, neighbourhood family home with a modern country vibe, or a high-end property - can be considered a luxury home.
